As part of the series of activities for the Sustainable Development Goal 3 – Good Health and Well-being campaign, Sunbytes recently organized a First Aid Training course for employees.

Through theoretical and hands-on training, Sunbytes employees have gained basic knowledge and skills to rescue people from medical emergency situations through guidance and rehearsal by experienced doctors. During the session, Sunbyters learned and applied CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation), and first aid for stroke. We were also taught about 6 life-saving steps to perform under the circumstances that we are the first on the scene of an accident, without the support from medical staff.

At the end of the course, our members were awarded a certificate and boosted confidence in making initial responses when either one of us or someone around needs help.

The SDG 3 campaign is still being implemented at Sunbytes and has received a lot of positive responses from our employees. This event is not only a training session but also a method to protect people’s health that Sunbytes organized for our employees. Stay tuned for our next update!
