Since July 2021, Sunbytes has followed the social distancing requests from the Government. Now that many restrictions have been removed, Sunbytes team could finally have dinner at a great venue in Ho Chi Minh city.
The party officially started with an inspirational speech by our CEO – Amanuel Flobbe and an introduction of our new employees. In 2021, Sunbytes family welcomed 13 new members, 5 of whom were onboarded virtually. Therefore, the party was an opportunity for Sunbytes employees, especially newcomers, to connect more closely, have some face-to-face chit chats, and better understand one another. And in fact, out of sight but not out of mind, we happily ate together, drank together, laughed together for 3 hours, and we promised to have more fun in the upcoming activities.
The occurrence of Covid 19 emphasized the importance of health to all of us. Following this, Sunbytes decided to choose the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) 3 – Good Health and Well-being as the main theme for our social corporate activities in 2022. We will offer mental and mindfulness online courses for our staff, as well as offline weekend activities such as making pottery together or attending a First Aid training session. These events are expected to not only highlight Sunbytes’ commitment to SDG 3 and our fundamental principle of “Agile to fit,” but also help our staff be integrated into the company’s culture and continue to deliver great work in the future.
