With standalone Payroll Services, your company or appointed legal employer remains responsible for the employment relationship under the payroll agreement. Sunbytes runs the agreed payroll operation. If Sunbytes employs the workers through an Employer of Record arrangement, legal-employer responsibility sits under that separate service and agreement.

The required inputs normally include approved attendance or timesheets, allowances, variable payments, employee changes, joiners, leavers, and exceptions. The exact list depends on your contracts, systems, and payroll structure. We agree the input template, submission channel, named owners, review steps, and cut-off before the first cycle.

Yes. Outside recruitment does not replace the internal team unless that ownership is agreed. If the agreed conditions are met, Sunbytes restarts the relevant search and evaluation steps according to those terms only.

Salary disbursement and payment-file responsibilities depend on the agreed engagement. Sunbytes may prepare payroll outputs or payment files, while your authorised team releases the payment. Other arrangements may be available where operationally and legally appropriate. The responsibility, approval path, and banking access are documented before launch.

Late changes follow the exception and revision process agreed during setup. The available options may include recalculation before final approval, a correction in the next cycle, or an off-cycle process where scoped. Cut-off times, approvers, operational impact, and any additional work are documented so exceptions do not become informal requests.

PIT and SHUI calculation or administration can be included according to the client’s employment structure and agreed scope.
